1. 个人简历

姚肖康，汉族，中共党员，博士。2018年和2023年分别在安徽农业大学和南京工业大学获得理学学士和工学博士学位。2023年加入厦门大学，开展博士后研究。迄今为止，以第一或共一作者身份先后在Nature Communications、Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Science China Chemistry发表研究性论文4篇，其中热点论文1篇，高被引论文1篇，引用1100余次。

2. 研究方向

姚肖康博士的研究方向主要集中在单分子态室温磷光和有机闪烁体材料的设计合成、性能调控与光电应用。主要学术成绩包括：

（1）提出“排斥相互作用稳定三线态发射团的策略”，实现兼顾高效和长寿命的磷光发射；

（2）发展“通过多重共振的磷光分子设计”，实现纯有机窄谱带室温磷光；

（3）利用有机磷光材料的优异加工性能，发展磷光材料应用于柔性显示、全天候防伪、路径显示、频率指示和彩色X射线成像等方面。
