潘思骏,汉族,国家级高层次青年人才,福建省引进高层次创新人才,教授,博士生导师。2012年在新加坡南洋理工大学化学与生物化学系获学士学位;2017年在新加坡国立大学化学系获博士学位,随后在新加坡国立大学健康创新与技术研究院从事博士后研究;2023年加入厦门大学柔性电子(未来技术)研究院,历任副教授、教授。先后在Nature Nanotechnology、Nature Biomedical Engineering、Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Chemical Society Reviews等国际知名期刊上发表研究论文20余篇,授权国际专利2项。

3. 研究方向
潘思骏教授课题组的研究领域为健康电子、分子探针、生物传感、外泌体/细胞外囊泡和体外诊断,研究方向集中在外泌体药靶信息检测与肺癌精准诊疗:
(1)针对药物-靶点相互作用构建功能化、特异性分子探针,实现高时空分辨的原位成像与定量分析,研究药效机制和预测方法;
(2)结合分子探针和生物光学传感发展超灵敏外泌体药靶信息检测技术,识别反映癌细胞药效机制的外泌体生物标志物及其集成指标;
(3)发展快速多参数的肺癌外泌体血检平台,建立基于外泌体药靶信息的肺癌治疗响应监测和早期评价模型,推进外泌体即时检测技术转化和临床应用。
